Honest and exceptional!! If you need a mechanic this is the guy!! They are busy and said a week til they could even look at it. However they called us within 3 days it was fixed and we haven't had a problem since! Highly recommend them and the price was very fair!!

After spending over $1000 at a local dealer which did not correct the problem with my diesel pickup, took the truck to Larry based on recommendation from a co-worker.  Larry was able to troubleshoot the problem and found the issue to be a simple electrical connection.  Larry is highly skilled and provides quality service at reasonable rates.  I highly recommend Jr's Shop.

Called in route from Atlanta to Phoenix for brake pads (same day service). Great family business. Honest owners told us earlier advice from the ford dealer was mistaken and we had 20,000 miles left on our brake pads. If I lived here this would be my 1st stop for auto repairs.

Honest Father/Son business. Brought our car in for what seemed to be a blown head gasket (and what was quoted to us from complete car care in Flagstaff after charging us $55 to do a “diagnostics” 😡). JR Shop quoted us to do the repairs with different options given best and worst case scenarios, but decided to run their own tests for free and discovered it wasn’t even a head gasket, but rather a ruptured oil cooler. They called me frequently with updates and quoted us much lower for the new repair. They cleaned up the engine bay that was full of oil and coolant and our car ran fantastic enough to drive it back to Phoenix. Have since recommended friends to them and have seen very quality troubleshooting and repairs. My only complaint is they are limited to what services they can do, but they are my first choice for whatever else comes up.

I was extremely satisfied with the service from this shop. Very reasonable rates and high quality work. There are a number of diesel shops much closer to me but I figured I’d give JR’s shop a chance since they came highly recommended from people I trust. After getting my truck back I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them for future work. Great communication and quick responses when I had questions. After learning I’d need a new diesel motor installed, the shop put together an estimate using the best parts within my budget. Once the work was done there were no hidden fees. Price was spot on with what I expected. Couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you to the employees at JR’s shop for your honesty and quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've always been happy with this shop but when I relocated to another town, I just couldn't find the same quality service. It's worth the early wake-up and the long interstate drive to get the truck in.
